Glucosamine is an important building block for the cartilage. MSM is important for maintaining the elasticity of the connective tissue. Chondroitin protects the cartilage from breaking and supports mobility in the most efficient way. Hyaluronic acid and curcuma are added to this mixture to support joint mobility.
